Right wingers say they're all about the Constitution

Except when it comes to due process

Or freedom from self incrimination

Or separation of church and state

Or equal treatment for all

Come to think of it, the only parts of the Constitution they seem to embrace are the 2nd and 10th amendments. The rest of it is just goddamned paper to them.

Would Right-Wingers be flag-waving patriots if there was no Second Amendment?

I bet not. The gun is all part of it. It represents the "power" part of being a patriot to them. I guess holding a stalk of corn with the flag waving behind them doesn't project the tough guy image they seek.

And yea, they pick and choose what bible verses they want to back up their BS.

The only other times when they mention it is when they want to defy it.

Constitution USA with Peter

Peter Sagal, host of NPR’s "Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me!" travels across the country to find out where the U.S. Constitution lives, how it works and how it doesn’t… how it unites us as a nation and how it has nearly torn us apart. The four-part series premieres Tuesday, May 7 at 9/8c.

Or if they have it's way beyond their level of comprehension.
