But if you can't get to work and lose pay and live 30 or 40 miles awayfrom where the action is happening, you might be angry the trains and buses aren't running. It is overkill.

Still, I think it is unavoidable.
The guy is really dangerous and seems to think nothing of killing people and carrying bombs around.
