that's how they did the rest.
the M$M is owned by them, so easy to hide the truth.
but NPR is by definition independent.

personally i'd make sure something like NPR's funds are guaranteed so that they can be unbiased, even against the government.

but there I go, me and my liberal thinking, wanting freedom of the press and a balanced media!

Is that the pukes will appoint a far right successor to Ruth Bader Ginsburg, tipping the court permanently right for the next several decades and overturn Roe v. Wade. I fear this act will be enough to spark a civil war.

Or maybe I'm reading too much into this- am I?

Roe v Wade is their bait for money and votes. They can't let it overturn. That doesn't mean they won't do things like not fund women's reproductive health care, make life miserable for OB-GYN doctors, force rates to go up on medical malpractice premiums on OB-GYN doctors and a whole host of other nefarious ways to make abortion difficult to obtain or provide.

R v W is their golden goose, so they're not going to kill it, just make the issue irrelevant in real life, but keep screaming "But Roe v Wade!"

I was pretty impressed. She and I agreed on a vast number of issues, including you cannot stop abortion by merely making it illegal. She felt you had to go after the root causes.

Now, the anti-abortion crowd that wants to carry out a genocidal war against the Persians, they are absolutely psychopaths.

Pro-life would mean they actually would approve of more funding to prevent unwanted pregnancies in the first place, and once a baby is born, that the baby will grow up and thrive in a nourishing, loving home; not live out its life in a home of poverty...

I hate the term pro-life because they arent' just as you stated. These people want to refuse a woman's right to choose but yet I would bet most (except for the Catholic contingency) are pro-death penalty, and are usually the first cheerleaders for going to war a-la Rick Santorum.

Since it's run by a Republican.

The CEO of Susan G. Komen is a Republican. And a woman. They are known to spend lavishly and foolishly.

That's why I haven't given one single penny to them.

It all goes to Planned Parenthood.

As it should.

This is all you need to know about Susan G. Komen:

The arrogance of the Koman group (republicans personified). Save the baby but starve it?? Deprive women of birth control options, health care in general for women that are in need which includes many college students. It's unbelievable this mentality. PP is getting a check from me and it seems others have contributed over $400,000.!!

Edit dollar amt., oops

As PP is defunded, then the donations to Komen will rapidly dry up, except for the usual misguided anti-choicers.

The BoD will then fire Brinker and Handel and bring in competent leadership.

I don't know anyone who isn't pro-life.

I am pro-life.

But the distinction between them and us, is we are also pro-women, also known as, pro-choice.

Rich women get D&Cs, poor women get coat hangers.

Every move they make, every shit piece of legislation they attempt to pass, every poor woman who gets harassed on her way to get a pap smear at Planned Parenthood, every gruesome picture of dead fetuses they use to try and shame scared women into not exercising their right to choose is designed to make women suffer consequences from having sex.

They are anti-choice. They want to regulate women's reproductive organs because they believe women are incapable of doing it themselves.
