Are republicans and "birthers" challenging Ted Cruz's citizenship?

1. Pres Obama was born in Hawaii to a Kenyan father and an American mother.

2. Cruz was born in Canada to a Cuban father and an American mother.

So Obama is, according to them, not a natural born citizen and is ineligible for the Presidency. Cruz, however, is the shining star and future of the party?

Pluto and he'd still be a natural born American citizen.

That's all it takes - one parent American plus born anywhere, OR parents irrelevant but born on American soil.
