The depravity of the GOP knows no bounds.
McCain and his cronies are holding up the conformation of Hagel for Benghazi conspiracy because we lost 4 people there.
Yet these same bastards still cheer the Iraq war which took over 4,000 brave young people and ruined the lives of many thousands more. I want McCain to explain to me and the public why the deaths of these four people deserve all this time and effort, while he cheerfully covered up the deliberate lies that took a thousand times more lives? I honestly think McCain has dementia and his buddies are doing him a disservice by not just convincing him to retire to one of his seven houses and watch old war films. As it is, we are stuck with the GOP and the tea party, neither of which give a damn about our soldiers. ![]() ![]() ![]()

1. What do you expect from a party who covered up a president with Alzheimers? They quit allowing
the press access to Reagan to hide that fact.
And the most amazing part...they idolize Reagan. And then along came Bush..who never had a mind to lose. |

4. And their depravity will continue to find new lows
Repubs have been allowed to act with impunity and shameless disregard for this country at all levels for decades. No criminal will stop doing what benefits them if they're never given reason to think they'll be held accountable.

6. Classic Showboating...
Little Linz appears to be in trouble in South Carolina...folks there think he's a RINO and he could face a primary challenge in '14. His "father figure" Grumps...who had to deal with the insane JD Hayworthless in his last election doesn't want his little buddy to have the same situation. Thus Benghazi was born. It's a strawman Little Linz can beat up from now through 2014 as he and Grumps, fueled by the great unhinged "media", can claim there's massive cover-ups and their questions haven't been answered. He'll look "tough" on President Obama and if he lucks out in finding something that gains some media traction he'll run from camera to camera to suck up as much free media time as he can. Yep...Little Linz is scared.
This has ZERO to do about our foreign service employees...it's political grandstanding in its most craven and desperate form... |

8. Okay, Clinton didn't see the Benghazi memo. Bush ignored the 9-11 memo.
I really can't comprehend how anyone could be so ignorant as to not see the disconnect here.
A: Don't see a memo and 4 people get killed in a complex that Congress cut security funding for. She didn't see the memo because the people who screen and select the most important out of thousands of memos didn't find it much different from all of the OTHER memos on our facilities being under-protected and vulnerable to attack. B: See and ignore a memo and 3,000 people get killed, 4,000 troops get killed in a war started under false pretenses, and countless thousands of innocent civilians die in the process. He saw the memo because Rice put it right under his nose. And her testimony that nobody could have anticipated a plane being used as a weapon is silly. Hadn't she heard about a certain event at Pearl Harbor? How about the animated Superman episodes of the same era, "The Japateurs" and "The Bullet Car"? Both involved destroying buildings with planes. So, which is worse? It's sad when anyone gets killed, but the same people who think choice (A) is worse are the ones against doing anything to reduce gun slaughters in our own country. It's clear the GOP is taking the ignorant route for political reasons, but how is it possible for them to get away with it because their constituents are morons who can't see the disconnect? I know, the obvious answer is "FOX, Rush, and Beck", but it has to be more than that. It just has to be. |
