The loss of sphincter control is no laughing matter. The muscle of this natural orifice can lose mass through over use in time causing uncontrollable passing of gaseous substance and other matter. I have worked many years in nursing home and have personally observed sitting farts, walking farts, talking farts, and yes, musical farts. I must admit that the musical farts were amusing, but never, and I mean never were those unfortunate individuals afflicted in such a manner to be made fun of!
