I wonder why there isn't legal insurance -- like health insurance.

Think about it. With the divorce rate what it is, and the added probability that some time in a person's life he/she will be embroiled in some kind of legal action either as plaintiff or defendant, why wouldn't legal insurance be a good thing to buy, and a better thing to sell?
