Rachel and Schneiderman talk prosecuting the mortgage fraudsters (detail for the bandwidth impaired)

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315908/ns/msnbc_tv-rachel_maddow_show/#46171257

What better lead-in than Congresswoman Marci Kaptur (D-Ohio) making her January 15, 2009 speech where she implored homeowners being foreclosed upon to "don't leave your homes", "they can't find the paper up there on Wall Street". (Marci's fiery speech alone is worth your time; she reminds me of Paul Wellstone.)

Foreclosures across the country have already been declared illegal. Now President Obama has said the perpetrators of these crimes are going to be held accountable. AG Eric Holder has assembled a work group to tackle these crimes.

With guest, NY Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, a member of Holder's work group. Schneiderman describes a State/Federal combined effort and "excitement" in the group when they began their work.

Whether an justice will be meted out remains to be seen, but Kaptur's words still apply.

Runs almost 11 minutes.
