LOL!.. NYT is dunning Iceland for not prosecuting ENOUGH!

Seriously. It's all "does Iceland deserve it's reputation as a mega-bank slayer.. they've only managed to prosecute (add any number that is that same number MORE than any prosecutions the US has brought)"

In which the Icelandic prosecutor points out that proving intent is difficult, just as it is in the United States. The issue is that greed and incompetence are not crimes, and to put people in prison the prosecutor has to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
