I happen to think it's a GREAT idea! Grateful to see, after these last three decades where liberals have been under assault!!

I say "it's about freakin' TIME!!!!"

I was screaming at the TV, "You're damn right liberalism is back!"

I was especially proud when Turtle Man said it was "unabashedly far-left-of-center inaugural speech certainly brings back memories of the Democratic Party in ages past."

I assumed he meant FDR.

The Republican party can suck it.

I hope the era of liberalism is back. I hope it is for real, not just Mitch McConnell's watered down version of it. We've been veering right for way too long.

I agree. It was a liberal speech. Unabashed and in your face. And if the POTUS felt he had anything to lose on behalf of the American people he might not have made it. But after reaching across the aisle only to be left with a figurative bloody stump over and over and over he's learned. Oh, and that mandate along with exit polls on Election Day probably didn't hurt any, either.
