Arizona Governer Waives her Finger in the president's face
Why are the Republican leaders in this country so farkin' disrespectful??
![]() "Arizona Governor Jan Brewer traded words with President Obama after she greeted him at a Phoenix airport Wednesday. "Brewer and Obama "spoke intensely for a few minutes" after he landed at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, according to a White House pool report. At one point, the GOP governor shook her finger at the president. "He was a little disturbed about my book," Brewer told a reporter after the incident, referring to her political memoir, "Scorpions for Breakfast." In the book, Brewer depicted Obama as "patronizing" during an earlier meeting." <cut> The last time Obama met with Brewer was June 2010, when the Arizona governor visited the Oval Office for a private, 30-minute encounter the White House called a "good meeting." At the time, Brewer said the meeting was "very cordial," but in her book she said Obama had been "condescending." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/25/jan-brewer-obama_n_1232367.html ![]()

5. I was thinking it was close enough to bite!
These Repukes need to get a few lessons in how to treat a sitting President - and in basic manners. They all act as though they were raised in a barn. Didn't their mothers ever treat them how to be polite? It's not that hard to be polite but get your point across.

One thing I will say, I never once saw disrespect here or anywhere else towards bush.
Even though we disagreed with stupid dumbass chimpy it was always done so in a respectful manner. Seriously can anyone think of even one time he was disrespected here? Didn't think so. Fucking classless rethuglicans. |

Wouldn't be surprised. Emboldened by Gingrich, I predict the "N-Word" will be getting slung around by the ReTHUGlicans before November.

It's hard not to be condescending when you're talking to a moron like Governor Brewer.

Ms. Brewer: That is the President of The United States. You are the governor of a small western state that is the home to the most moronic Sheriff on the planet. Your state is a joke around the world. Listen. Don't talk.

23. The out and out disrespect that some people have shown towards this President
including elected officials whom should know better has been nothing short of appalling.
![]() Please refresh my memory: As much as many out and out hated how Bush wound up (P)resident, as well as his policies and how he conducted himself as POTUS, was there this level of hatred and venom spewed against him. Were Democratic office-holders this disrespectful towards Bush? Thankfully, President Obama probably anticipated all of this and is pretty thick-skinned. I'm not sure I could handle it. |

And who is BUYING them? Callista Gingrich is rewriting American history for profit, Jim DeMint was just flogging his book a couple weeks ago (and Jon Stewart was the only one who challenged his nonsense), every teabagger politician has a screed, and Mitt Romney wrote a snoozer too.
Who is the customer that plunks down up to 28 bucks for that crap? Can you think of anything less riveting than Jan Brewer's autobiography? ![]() |
