England of the U.S. District Court for the East District of California Wednesday rejected a temporary restraining order (TRO) request Taitz filed to essentially prevent California's share of Electoral College votes from being certified because, she claims, Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen as required of presidents under the U.S. Constitution.
