the kickoff to Obama's Presidential campaign. Peggy Noonan said that a speech about too many things is really a speech about nothing. Being a former speechwriter for Reagan, Noonan probably wrote plenty of speeches about nothing. Diane Sawyer and George Steph. mostly just smiled and agreed. I really hate that network.
