Newt once proposed a law that would put anyone who brought more than 2oz of pot in the US to death.

On Saturday’s edition of “Up With Chris Hayes,” Gary Johnson brought up an old Newt Gingrich idea I hadn’t heard before: Putting individuals who brought more than two ounces of marijuana into the United States to death. That sounded extreme, even for Gingrich. So I looked it up. And sure enough, there it is: “The Drug Importer Death Penalty Act of 1996.” What makes the bill even more amazing is that Gingrich himself is a confessed pot smoker. When he was young, he said, experimenting with drugs “was a sign we were alive and in graduate school in that era.”

4. Not everyone can grow pot.

I live in the City in rental property which means maintance can come in anytime they want. Also space is at a premium.

6. Not legally, but otherwise I completely disagree.

If you don't half-ass it anyone can easily grow medical grade cannabis. The educational materials are available free online.

10. Of course they can. Find some dirt. Plant some seeds.

See that the spot gets watered. To ensure that you have some to harvest, plant in many places. Personally, I always preferred places that are already planted and that have some sort of automatic sprinklers. Public places. Plant every seed you can get and plant them everywhere you can. Make dope grow everywhere and there will be plenty for everyone.

Parks, public buildings with tall hedges. Vacant lots. Anywhere. Just do it.

13. Shh...don't let on...

My favorite was the County Courthouse at the county seat in California near where I lived. They had high hedges around the building, and plantings did really well there. There was a beauty, about 7' tall, that grew right by the entrance where the police and sheriff's department took prisoners into court. I must admit that I did not harvest from that particular plant, though.

9. A perfect example of what this ethically-challenged jerk told his ex-wife

when she pointed out his hypocrisy; Paraphrasing: It isn't what I do, it is what I say that counts...
He feels so effing priviledged.
