Help: My Mac has this App called "The World" running...

I'm trying to force quit it, but for some reason it's just not working.

Should I just hold the power button and restart?

It's weird, it just popped up at 12 AM and hasn't gone away yet.

and close out "The World" I would probably go ahead and hold the power button and restart. Good luck!
