Obama can borrow money in an emergancy, then Congres passes a new law.(quite quickly)
So, the U.S. Government's Credit is good for a few days..(hell, half the world owns our bonds)
Obama well respected..Supreme Ct will stay out..After new law is passed. all ok. done, over , good by...
