If he were,
we would have a Public Option,

NAFTA would have been "re-negotiated",

Some Wall Street Crooks would have serious Butt Hurt instead of BONUSES,

EFCA would have a President fighting for it from the White House podium,

the Bush tax Cuts would have expired in 2010,
and the Reagan Tax Cuts would be targeted for termination,

Monsanto would NOT be running the Dept of Agriculture and the FDA,

Medical MJ Clinics would be open,

and Social Security cuts would have NEVER been brought to the table.
