I noticed a lot of folks here and on my other social media channels cancelled Washington Post yesterday after Bezo's announcement so I created a poll to get any idea of what that actually looks like.

(995 posts)Guess that first cancellation didnt take. I did it a second time last week, and then I knew the transaction completed because WaPo offered me a big discount to stay. So I have a few more months and letting the subscription die on the vine.

For as much as I used Amazon in the past, it has been surprisingly easy to cut ties from them. It says I've placed one order in the last three months, whereas I used to place multiple each month.

I don't think so.
I also made sure to check that I didn't like the direction it was going. I wanted to write more about it, but no option.
