My stepsister is FB friends with a Ryan Lanza she went to college with - his hometown is Newtown and he lives in NJ, and he just posted updates that he is not the shooter. But because people are too impatient to wait for all the information to come out he could very well get death threats.

and his younger brother is in custody in NJ. I heard this on CBS NY channel 2 just now. His mom was a teacher at the school she is dead. He's 24.

They are now saying the shooter may NOT have been the man originally named. It seems the shooter was not the person named in the ID he was carrying.

They are now speculating it was his brother. <---- note the word speculating
