11. The owner has every right to his/her political beliefs, and I as a consumer have every right to refuse to patronize a

business who makes its right wing politics an integral part of its business model. Anyone on DU who listens to hate radio now knows they can find a roofer in Houston who shares their political values. So in that sense, I did them a service! Those folks can stick together.

To clarify: I found them in a local mag called “Best Pick Reports-quality home services guide”. This publication only listed a phone number and their BBB rating. I did not visit their website, so I did not know all of that baggage. I don’t usually make politics a part of every decision I make. So lesson learned.

14. I doubt there is anything policital on the company website. I went there to find the owner,

then googled his name (Skeeter, how cute!) + politics and there was a link to the rep he is supporting (the verbiage in my post) whose campaign website includes his name.
