Remember back when an "illegal alien" murdered a young woman in Georgia and how Republicans shouted at President Biden during his State of the Union speech "SAY HER NAME"? Remember that?

Well now it's time to say her name and say it loud: AMBER NICOLE THURMAN.

In her final hours, Amber Nicole Thurman suffered from a grave infection that her suburban Atlanta hospital was well-equipped to treat.

She’d taken abortion pills and encountered a rare complication; she had not expelled all of the fetal tissue from her body. She showed up at Piedmont Henry Hospital in need of a routine procedure to clear it from her uterus, called a dilation and curettage, or D&C.

But just that summer, her state had made performing the procedure a felony, with few exceptions. Any doctor who violated the new Georgia law could be prosecuted and face up to a decade in prison.

Thurman waited in pain in a hospital bed, worried about what would happen to her 6-year-old son, as doctors monitored her infection spreading, her blood pressure sinking and her organs beginning to fail.

It took 20 hours for doctors to finally operate. By then, it was too late.

This young woman was murdered. Who will tell her six-year old son why mommy is not coming home? You can bet that Trump, Vance, "Justice" Gorsuch, Justice Beerbong, Justice Holy Roller, "Justice" Thomas, and the rest of the thugs on the not-so Supreme Court will not. You can bet that the psalm-singing, bible-thumping anti-abortion assholes will not.

I saw the segment you're referring to. It was Lawrence's best A block ever. Powerful doesn't begin to describe it. All of the superlative words together couldn't describe it for me. It was outerworldly! Lawrence laid the blame where it really belongs which is with the Rehnquist 5 who stopped the legal Florida vote count in 2000, trampled the will of we the people and installed their preferred Presidential candidate bushthief who appointed Roberts and Alito. The Rehnquist 5 and bushthief clearly both now have blood on their hands. The only issue I would take with Lawrence's outerworldly monologue is that bushthief's claim that he had no litmus test for SCOTUS appointees was a lie, just like his "compassionate conservative" and claiming to want smaller government. bushthief knew exactly what he was doing when he appointed Roberts and Alito. I was thrilled to see Lawrence hold the Rehnquist 5 accountable for their ending of American democracy in 2000. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of the several hundred thousand legal votes from the most heavily democratic voting counties in Florida that now sit uncounted in the Florida archives. I also ache for we the people's choice for President in 2000 as I've done since 12/12/00. This must be hard on him too.
