(2,260 posts)When you go by the states that are in play, theyre mostly within margin of error. The difference is, with Biden we were behind. Harris has pulled very slightly ahead, but not enough that we can take anything for granted and lose a single potential vote.

Regardless of the candidates.
And because a lot of the people in this country approve of Trump's antics, his crimes, his bigotry, and so on.
I agree that this race shouldn't even be close, but the past two elections have provided the answer. Some people will vote for Trump, regardless of all other factors.

(2,544 posts)While entire states may vote for him, I don't think the pollsters and corporate media who spout this stuff are possibly taking into account minorities, newly-registered young voters, and now Swifties.
BUT--Harris could win the popular vote by millions upon millions, but if the Electoral College goes to cheato, no matter how unpopular he is in this country, then that's that. If we can get a majority, getting rid of that should be #1 priority. It makes your vote and my vote utterly meaningless.
