For those who think Frank Luntz has any credibility as a pollster

I just saw an interview with him on BBC and this is what he said (paraphrased):

VP Harris is judged on how she looks and presents herself, Trump is judged on his policies.

That statement is not from a sane pollster.

1. You know he's probably half right.

In this country women are judged on their looks and presentation long before anyone even thinks of talking about brains, polities etc.
But, you know, he is either a Project 2025 supporter or he is nuts. Besides Project 2025 trump has NO policies. I would dare him to name even one. Oh, wait, he has said he plans on destroying the parts of the federal government that support regular citizens AND he plans on being a dictator. So, I guess I was wrong. He DOES have some policies. Heaven help us.

2. It was the "Trump will be judged on his policies" bit that got me

What effing policies will those be? Nobody is watching Trump for policies and once again he is not a serious candidate. His base is watching for him to insult and bully her, the rest of us are watching how she stands up to him. Once again they treat him as a normal candidate, who has normal policies.

7. I understand your point and you are right however

While Donald Trump has no clue whatsoever, and this is not exaggeration, what is in project 2025 or what any of it means, he will gladly implement it even it means the end of the world because it keeps him out of prison and benefits him financially.

The GOP does have policies and the main ones he needs to remind people that are his is how much he hates Black people and how much he insists rich people at least his friends not pay taxes. And believe it or not there are hard-working middle-class Americans who will clap till their hands are bloody at the idea of NOT taxing billionaires.

Why? Well because of course one day they will be a billionaire and the person they worship they think is a billionaire and they don’t want him to ever pay taxes.

give analysis to people in Canada and around the world. They need to better vet their guests.
