(37,446 posts)There's a whole republican organization devoted to NOT voting for him.
And there are organizations that make ads against him.
Many republicans are just as disgusted with him as we are.

ETA: Just had to come back and thank you for the bonnet hairdryer. My sister and I are still crying over that one! What we had to do for "beauty" back in the 1960s!

(11,427 posts)Trump praised the Americans military efforts in the war against Great Britain. Our army manned the air, it rammed the ramparts, it took over the airports, it did everything it had to do, and at Fort McHenry, under the rockets red glare, it had nothing but victory, he said.

Obviously, the genius was too stupid to realize that there werent any airports back then. This man is so ignorant, I really do not know how he has risen to such high levels.

(8,679 posts)recognizing a sad and deluded man obviously begging for attention.
I used to volunteer at a homeless shelter and would from time to time run into someone like this: people adrift in a reality they couldn't understand, mistreated by a culture that refuses to make allowances for any serious divergence from "the norm." Of course, none of them were rich, none of them had any sort of access to power.
But if I saw Trump on a park bench, I'd give him a piece of my mind and then run for the hills.
Trump gives people with mental illness a bad name. He should be in treatment, or jail, or both, instead of campaigning for president.
