When he was filming Everybody's All American he and John Goodman (who was also in the movie) both frequented the bar that I worked at in NOLA. John would come in with his girlfriend in the early evening, get a pitcher of beer and sit and drink peacefully. He always left a nice tip. He was extremely pleasant and kind.

Dennis Quaid would come in late at night and start fights. He was rude to us bartenders and all of the rest of our staff. We dreaded seeing him show up. I bet we threw him out of the bar at least five times.
