Wow, anyone else not realize how much they miss DU before today???

1. i found myself wandering into the kitchen were my lap top is

and saying, wait...

nothing to do

and wandering back to my book

i was really going to get some work done. ah well. there is always tomorrow. and if there is not a tomorrow, yea, i didnt waste on stuff that doesnt matter.

2. I use the DU for breaking news and current events! I hated it today!

3. Oh, I knew I'd have serious withdrawal symptoms.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]DU is always up, even when I'm working. It's my major on-line news source, and my springboard to the rest of the world in a number of realms.

On the few occasions when DU or my computer has been down, I've been beside myself. Fortunately, I was out all day and got home just before DU was back up. Don't know how I'd have stood it if I had stayed home.

4. I was able to get a lot of things scratched off my "to Do List". LOL

My books got organized, file cabinet assembled, TV mounted to wall, garage tidied up and general house keeping accomplished.


Can we do this again in spring?
