1. He doesn't have to -- it's a civil case. But he used the case as an excuse

to delay his deposition in the case he has against Michael Cohen. We’ll see if he actually shows up. Cohen thinks there’s only about a 20% chance.

IF he pleads the 5th, we need to play that video over, and over, and over, when he stated anybody that pleads the 5th is a CRIMINAL!!
