What would be the BEST way for the judge to handle the gag order?

All ideas welcome. I feel the FINAL step should include loss of social media. Each warning should be handled in steps to the final step. How i don't know, but it needs to be thought out very carefully.

Jack motions for a gag order, in order to protect participants. He gets it, just like he asked for the Judge to order it. She issues a warning from the bench against threatening people.

Trump runs his mouth, threatens people, because he knows better than any attorney he may have hired, and he considers himself untouchable.

Jack motions for pretrial detention, for safety.

Judge issues an Order To Show Cause why he shouldn't be held in contempt of Court.

Then she sanctions him. Maybe a fine, but if we got really lucky, she'd have the Bailiffs haul his ass off. His attorneys sputter in disbelief.

If she hands out that order, she has to be ready in the end to HAUL HIS ASS IN! That's exactly what WILL happen!

supporters who will post crud too. It’s not just trump.

Would love to see judge pounce on trump, but not counting on it. Do agree a step approach would be best if it comes to that.

The judge has got to treat him like she would anybody else. Other mouths wouldn't be as bad. (my opinion only)

Probably won’t get an enforceable gag order, but keep hammering at Trump. Otherwise Trump runs the narrative. Can’t let that happen

the Judge said from the bench that she didn't have a motion before her to make a ruling on a related issue (can't remember exactly what it was.) She needs a request from Jack for action. Well, she got a step in the chain from Jack. "Gag order, please!"

She has to do something reasonable. She has to issue an order for something, because if she doesn't and something bad happens, she'll wish that she had stood up to Trump, especially since she has been formally asked by Jack.. Who really knows what she will do. She already gave Trump instructions against threatening people. He hasn't listened. She could jump straight to an Order To Show Cause, especially if he reacts hysterically on Truth Social, as he likes to do.

I think this is tiresome for her, and she will issue some form of gag order. If he violates that, she has the power of the Court to stop him. As shocking as it is, he could find himself in a jail cell. She could lock him up for whatever length of time she wants. One of the practice pundits once said that usually if you get locked up for pretrial violations, you just stay in until the trial. I think that would be the play, expecting him to appeal.

Maybe his attorneys will choose to quit around that time, and she will appoint a public defender. He's such an obnoxious idiot.

trump needs to be sanctioned. It's about 65 years past the time he should have learned some limits on his behavior.

Forbid him from buying more cellphones.

Shut down his platform, ban him from Xitter and all other social media.

..that is coming from the Defendant?

First of all, inform the public, via the airwaves, that Donald Trump is not above the law and has been warned about his attacks upon our judicial system. The Court will not tolerate it.

Also, that if he continues, he will be held in contempt of court and fined.

A second contempt charge would be double the fine of the first.

If he chose to continue, he could be confined until his trial.

Most Americans would see that as too lenient but, in my opinion, this is something that must be done in "steps" so that the American people understand why he is being detained.
