Judge Tanya Chutkan and Jack Smith's team aren't farting around .... as per Rachel Maddow

Trump's lawyers filed their paperwork with Judge Tanya Chutkan's court @ 5 PM today, team Jack gave the
court their answer to the court by a little bit before 6 PM, and Judge Tanya Chutkan has scheduled a hearing
on the requested protective order by no later then Friday this week. Judge Tanya Chutkan did this about 9 PM
tonight.

I hope I got that all right but Botany =

Prosecutors ask judge to issue protective order after Trump post appearing to promise revenge

Such protective orders are common in criminal cases, but prosecutors said it's "particularly important in this case" because Trump has posted on social media about "witnesses, judges, attorneys, and others associated with legal matters pending against him."

Prosecutors pointed specifically to a post on Trump's Truth Social platform from earlier Friday in which Trump wrote, in all capital letters, "If you go after me, I'm coming after you!"

Team Jack to Trump's lawyers .... here is the evidence lets get the party started:

******************

Prosecutors said they are ready to hand over a "substantial" amount of evidence - "much of which includes sensitive and confidential information" - to Trump's legal team.

They told the judge that if Trump were to begin posting about grand jury transcripts or other evidence provided by the Justice Department, it could have a "harmful chilling effect on witnesses or adversely affect the fair administration of justice in this case."

to insure the defendants right to a speedy trial according to the rule of law and federal criminal trial guidelines.

Appears the presiding Justice is too…justice delayed is not going to happen.

Think if I was the presiding judge I would clear my calendar 24/7 also.

In this judge I see a reflection of another President…serendipitous .

Both parties are to meet tomorrow by 3 PM and set a time and date by this Friday to
allow the court to have a hearing on the protective order.

The prosecution "has it ready to hit send" but will not do so before the order issue is resolved.

In other words, yes, he's loose, but he won;t be sending out this week anything he didn't know they had until his attorneys received the discovery - because they won't have it.
