Me: not interested.

Dad: too bad, you might learn something.

Me: I will watch if you promise to give me $1000 on 12/22/2012 when we are still here. Deal? What have you got to lose?

Dad: you're stupid. Not a bet I want to win. It was just an fyi. I wont bother you again.

Me: calm down and watch the Pitt basketball game. The world isn't going to end next month.

Dad: you need to quit being so closed minded.

Me: you need to quit watching fox news and being so gullible.




Sigh..... last week's election has pushed them over the edge.

happy with Obama being re-elected."

My thoughts (though not said aloud ) Gee what a shock!

She has already acknowledged to me that she is a racist.

Some people just refuse to evolve.

I am sorry that conflicts like that make it more difficult for family members.

3. I get a kick out of the people who think the apocalypse will be televised.

With documentaries explaining it all beforehand.

4. The eldest of my three sisters went completely over the edge last week.

On a brighter note, it seems to have shocked the other two back to some semblance of reality.
