Trump is at 71 indictments right now. 34 from Bragg in Manhattan and 37 from jack smith ....

... in Florida I wonder how many more will be from Jack Smiths J-6th probe? Trump could be at or
> 100 by the end of this week. After finding those stolen top secret documents in his living quarters
@ Merde a Logo why he is still walking free is beyond me. The man had our top secret remote sensing
technology ( satellites* ) information in his bedroom. Tell me that he didn't let Putin in on what we have
watching Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus?

BTW In 2014 Mike Flynn had access to the data and images of Putin's planned invasion of Crimea and didn't
give President Obama any warning. The President fired his ass and then he went to live in Russia and didn't
come back until 2015 when he started to work for his boss (Vlad) in the Trump campaign.

* I have a family member who worked with that stuff and they would arrest him/her PDQ if he told or sold
any of that information.

1. But for him, it's something to - ahem - bragg about

He knows that every indictment seems to endear him further with his goose-stepping mouth-breathers.

They want a fascist strongman - and these "battles" only seem to burnish his bonafides that much more in their eyes.

Plus it makes them throw money at him; everything's a racket to Trump.

BTW Braggs 34 indictments were solid .... case law given, the charges, and why Trump changed
documents in order to cover up a crime

But I think he'll find he got into one too many.

Even with Aileen running interference for him (of course though, she'll still want her Mercedes).

Any Democrat would've been locked up by now - and they would've thrown away the room.

But the elites - plus other meddlers like Bibi - still think Cheeto can win, so it's one "drop-the-case" phone call after another.

Fortunately, Smith's powering through all of it - but will he have enough time for it all, before the election?

Perhaps that's why he hasn't pursued wire fraud charges (yet).

11. And he's hoping for a fourth one: a '24 win, and a self-pardon

But he knows he'd got two major obstacles to that pipe dream:

A bruised-but-very-competitive Joe Biden, who'll have the advantage of incumbency (plus, knock wood, a good economy).

And an Intelligence Community which - by and large - sees El Cheeto as a threat to national security. Which, of course, he is.

I think he'll find this election to be too steep a climb.

2. 71 charges (separate crimes), not indictments. There are two completed indictments

with two more likely.

5. An indictment is the charging document that sets out specific crimes

and will be the basis for a single trial for (possibly) multiple crimes. One indictment typically means one trial, but multiple crimes can tried in that trial. We might be looking at four trials for TFG, each one in a different jurisdiction with a different judge. The total number of crimes charged in the four indictments is likely to be over 100.

until the trial. Bet he would want a speedy trial then.
