Remember when some sack of shit GOP Senator put an anonymous hold on a Vets benefits bill?

The bill was a completely non-controversial cost-of-living increase in veterans benefits that has always passed both chambers unanimously.

The hold screwed up the timing of its passage, put the whole bill in peril, and would cost real veterans real money if it failed.

Well, fuck that guy. It passed.

This was the Senator who asked for a Amendment I forget what the amendment was pertaining to but I do remember who it was.

Hiding behind anonymity is cowardly and should not be allowed in congress.

Someone elected by the people to represent the people should not be allowed to (not) legislate anonymously. Period.
