Smith needs to ask to lock Trump up tomorrow w/no bail. He is a flight & a national security risk.

How many of our intelligence agents and their contacts has he (Kushner too) outed and or have been
killed as a result of his leaking and or selling our nation's top secrets? And what about our remote sensing
programs (satellites) that right now are over Ukraine/Russia? And he is also promoting violence among his
mouth breathing base too. No more fucking around he needs to be under lock and key now. He has betrayed
America and has been and most likely still is working for our enemies. This is as bad as it gets.

John Brennan to Jen Psaki: 'My former colleagues in the intelligence community are shuddering.'

everyone knows he most likely sold our most secret documents to foreign governments, however there's this thing called proof.

Not only won't Trump have to give a mug shot, won't be handcuffed, won't post bail, won't, have an ankle bracelet, Trump plans to give a statement after his arraignment where I'm pretty sure he will mention how unfairly he is being treated.

Just think if we had a judge like judge Merchan who is presiding over the Manhattan Trump trial. Judge Merchan imposed a semi-gag order on Trump limiting him to the evidence and forbidding him to discuss the evidence on social media. I do not see judge Cannon doing the same.

3. NY Times Oct 2021 Captured, Killed or Compromised: C.I.A. Admits to Losing Dozens of Informants
Mon Jun 12, 2023, 07:21 AM
Jun 2023

WASHINGTON — Top American counterintelligence officials warned every C.I.A. station and base around the world last week about troubling numbers of informants recruited from other countries to spy for the United States being captured or killed, people familiar with the matter said.

The message, in an unusual top secret cable, said that the C.I.A.’s counterintelligence mission center had looked at dozens of cases in the last several years involving foreign informants who had been killed, arrested or most likely compromised. Although brief, the cable laid out the specific number of agents executed by rival intelligence agencies — a closely held detail that counterintelligence officials typically do not share in such cables.

The cable highlighted the struggle the spy agency is having as it works to recruit spies around the world in difficult operating environments. In recent years, adversarial intelligence services in countries such as Russia, China, Iran and Pakistan have been hunting down the C.I.A.’s sources and in some cases turning them into double agents.

snip

World wide messages to C.I.A. stations and bases that note troubling trends or problems, or even warnings about counterintelligence problems, are not unheard-of, according to former officials. Still, the memo outlining a specific number of informants arrested or killed by adversarial powers is an unusual level of detail, one that signals the importance of the current problems. Former officials said that counterintelligence officials typically like to keep such details secret even from the broad C.I.A. work force.

And you are right Judge Cannon is a problem.

BTW Alfa (Putin's Bank) was also in contact with a Trump campaign server in Lititiz, PA
.... > 2,500 searches in 2016 but also in contact w/Betsy DeVos' computer in Michigan
which would have put Putin in touch w/DeVos' brother who is Erik Prince (Blackwater)
and around inauguration time 2017 he was meeting w/a Russian agent and a Saudi money
man in the Seychelle Islands (which are 900 miles off the coast of east central Africa).

BTW part 2 I think Barr picked Durham so as to keep the American public from learning
about the Trump/Alfa bank connections.

He had asked for a list of them.

And then they started ending up dead or missing.

I'm pretty sure that means he sold them out.

Trump takes his passport and runs to another country with no extradition, we are rid of him forever…then again what country with no extradition would allow him to live the life of luxury once the US government freezes his bank accounts and confiscates his property...Russia, Turkey, North Korea, Hungary?

As soon as Top Secret docs were found via executing the search warrant, after he certified there were no more, he should have been locked up. You and I would be.
