2. This video reminds me of a very very common behavior throughout human history and...

the development of human culture. When humans want something so badly, just say it over and over and it might happen. Over time, people began to develop ceremonial practices to go along with it. The invention of powerful supranatural being to make their will, desire, or prayer to happen is a milestone in human culture. Then came along with other things such as offering and sacrifice with increasing ceremonial elaboration.

This happens from the ancient Egypt, to Judeo-Christian religion, to the Maya... in all human societies.
