1. We're not there yet ...
First he has to be charged. Hopefully Jack Smith can pull this off.
Second, he gets tried and convicted for incitement, seditious conspiracy, etc. Then, the 14th amendment comes in to play. |

3. There's that, and...
If the states governed by republicans don’t back down with disregarding votes because they feel like it, the same can technically be done by the governments of opposition states.
There are many more remedies to come before things would approach that hypothetical balancing act though, because the act of disregarding votes to disregard an election for the purpose of forcibly electing a man who has been trying to disregard the Constitution for years is just not what the Constitution supports no matter how many people in any of the branches of government are paid or coerced to say or do otherwise. Trump/The Hairdo-Fuhrer is eminently stoppable. |

4. His actions or lack there of, after his "wild" speech directing
armed people to "fight"and "Save America", should be a slam dunk! So we can move on from this, and start focusing on the people's business.

2. I would love for him to be convicted just a few months before the election and the
republicans are caught flat footed with their nominee unable to serve.

6. I don't really want him blocked from the ballot... I want President "Fighting Joe" Biden
to DESTROY him in a landslide in the 2024 general election--
(or as much of a landslide as we can have these days--- surely "boring Joe (i.e. NORMAL guy)" can roll up an even bigger popular vote victory than in 2020 (which was not in-substancial), and the electoral college will follow! As Napoleon once said, never stop your enemy when they are in the process of making a mistake.... (or something to that effect). |

7. President Biden did beat him already in a landslide, because
The majority of people wanted this to stop.
The GOP followers, are the people who, will not be changed by an insurrection or unprecedented corruption that may include treason? The faster rump/ members of Congress that gave aid and comfort to this failed coup are removed from damaging anymore of our institutions, is imperative. |

8. I expect a BIGGER landslide,
with President Biden winning by more comfortable margins
in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania-- which will make the margins in Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada of less importance-- but I expect he will do will enough in enough of those states, also. The state Republican parties nationwide are not doing themselves any favors, and their stolen Supreme Court majority has not helped them out, either. And THANK GOD for the YOUNG VOTERS, who are now turning out to vote in percentages greater than ever! (and especially the young women!! Seize your future!) As Admiral Yamamoto purportedly said about America after the attack on Pearl Harbor, 'I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant'... |
