There would be some huge option position on a stock that moved 30, 40, 60 points. WHO had inside info anchors would ask, back when Mark Haines and Sue Herrera were on in AM. WHO? SEC is INVESTIGATING!!! And 2 or 3 days later it would be said quietly, oh, the investigation truncated to a PO Box in the Cayman Islands. End of story. I recall P&G plunging 60 points on an earnings miss ... somebody made big money. These are plays of 500 contracts, controlling 50-100k shares ...

I used to subscribe to a magazine called International Living. It was for expats who planned to retire overseas due to the high cost of US living. Getting a second passport was a frequent discussion in articles and I’m still considering it.

Hard to prove but should be looked into.
