Tucker's demise is too beautiful for words!!!!

I presume he will land hard upon one of the minor hard-right cable networks.....

The only bad thing about Faux firing him is,
it may be more difficult to track his physical location....

but, it may be less worthy to do, now.....

whatever period the contract stated. He'll be alright even it does. For us regular folks, No compete clauses should be banned.

you can't prevent someone from working in their chosen field. either they pay him to work, or they pay him to NOT work, or they allow him to work for someone else.

non-competes are difficult to enforce unless they gave him something they can take away.
perhaps some retirement package that he vests in but he forfeits it if he works for a competitor.

but if they have no future payments going to him, they can't really prevent him from working.

They are absolutely enforceable even if you are fired. Again, that depends on state laws. I work in healthcare. It happens.
