Not only does she have a lawsuit that implicates Tucker, she also was involved in showing that Fox improperly failed to produce documents. The Special master handling the discovery violations in the Dominion lawsuit is still working on it. That part of the Dominion lawsuit is still ongoing. I wonder whether Tucker withheld the tapes and other things from the attorneys in the Dominion lawsuit.
