Ask a conservative who they are going to vote for

And see if you don't get something close to tears of frustration.

Sorry, it's hilarious. They hate ALL of their candidates except the one that they like, but all concede that Romney is the only one that could possibly win, and they hate him, too.

You have the Gingrich South, who appeals to people that think they are intellectual Republicans (and of course, couldn't pour piss out of a boot with instructions written on the sole).

You have the fundamentalist Rick Santorum who is against abortion and birth control for every woman on the planet (unless it is for his wife who had one to save her life, and took birth control to prevent pregnancy until she was ready to conceive again).

You have Romney, a clear case of cutthroat capitalist to the point where he'd cut everyone's throats in business, but then doesn't know what he stands for from day to day. He's a greasy pirate/vulture Mormon that has supported, well, everything, at one time or another.

They just sit there about to cry. I'm LOVING this crop of Republicans. They haven't got a candidate, and know it.

They haven't got anyone that hasn't fallen out of the clown car, and Romney is repulsive.

Hadn't seen that. That's awesome.

Pretty much shows that they can't even keep their talking points straight and the truth eventually flies out.

to see them just bow their heads after delivering a diatribe and thinking, "It sucks that the only person capable of representing our party doesn't represent anything remotely representing it - TODAY."

Tomorrow, maybe. Next day, something else.

Real winner there.

I take great delight in watching them crumble. If they were honest, I'd have a different opinion, but they spread a particularly ugly and virulent brand of politics that degenerates the discourse.

It infuriates me that Republicans have done so much damage by dragging politics into the gutter. It makes me madder when Democratic party members follow them in there, but the Republican party is so horrible, I can somewhat understand why they would get in the gutter and fight them.

I can't stand what political discourse has become in our nation, and it divides us, and destroys us.

Romney is the guy who lost to the guy who lost to Obama.

The only way Romney beats Obama is if there is massive election fraud.

But even that won't save Republicans this time around, and they know it. I just enjoy that the self-aggrandizing Republican demeanor is getting a pin in the balloon that was always what they stood for.

I've come to the conclusion that for most GOPers, their answer is "ANYBODY BUT OBAMA!!"
But they can't tell me who "anybody" is or who they might end up being.

Of seeing people bash those who don't always walk in lock step with Obama. He's our President. Okay. We helped elect him, and will do so again, but we aren't required to worship his actions to be Democrats.

Do NOT ask me to build a shrine in the man's name and wash his feet with my hair.

This is politics and there is nothing sainted about it, nor will there ever be. Those who hope for such reactions know who I am talking about, too. Come 2016, there will be someone else, and I hope you will put forward your energy for them.
