Our community solar share dividend almost doubledhttps://oppdthewire.com/community-solar-oppd-year-one-2021/ Our initial investment has already paid for itself. We bought 15 shares. We just got this in an email. Dear OPPD Community Solar Shareholders, It’s that time of year again. Spring is almost here and it’s time to announce the 2023 Community Solar rate. As a reminder, every year in February, the Community Solar rate is reassessed based on various factors including generation trends and the value of solar in the marketplace. We are excited to announce this year’s adjustment per share will be a credit of $2.86 per share each month. Beginning in April, based on your current subscription level you will see a $42.90 credit per month on your bill. To date, the facility has generated over 29.04 Gigawatt Hours of clean energy, which is equivalent to powering over 2,727 homes* with pure, clean, solar energy. That is enough to power all our shareholders' homes again this year plus more. For real-time generation information visit the generation dashboard. This facility and program would not be possible without your support. Thank you for being a valued shareholder and your ongoing support of the Community Solar Program. *Based on average annual residential energy usage.

1. Nice!
I should look into if we have something like that where I live.

2. Very nice and very interesting! I want to dig more into this, I've bookmarked. However, in
MO we have the legislature that if I'm not mistaken, prevented the resale of solar energy via a coop forum to energy companies in MO. The energy companies themselves could operate such facilities, but the resale of energy derived from residential customers was hamstrung, I think had to be resold at the cost of producing the energy, no profit allowed. Talk about being hamstrung and having the energy companies in your pockets, eh? I'll check more into this for MO, but I wouldn't be surprised if MO still has this doorway to residential customers reselling their excess solar energy at a standstill. More later.
