They are allowed to enlist into the U.S. Army National Guard. I had many friends who served with me who did. They pay social security and can collect it. If their people voted for it, we should welcome them.

We should begin work towards doing that. I have been to Puerto Rico, its a beautiful island and the people are wonderful. They'd be a great state.
PS, and at the same time, maybe we make DC a state?
