America has a lot to be ashamed of. But there will be nothing more shameful than allowing the top

insurrectionists in the House and Senate and the former guy go unpunished for their sedition against the country and their damage to democracy world-wide.

But are voters wise enough to know that? NO!

These voters are being force fed that anything done to better their lives and offer opportunities is BAD.

Makes one want to yell at clouds.

If we are going to get anywhere in this country, we have to start tearing down and going after the right wing propaganda machine. It has to happen. They have way too much power and they need to be taken down several pegs.

We will destroy you without firing a shot. Why expend ammo when you have conservatives working for you on the inside. Their expense has been paper pamphlets to twitter and Facebook accounts. Cheap way to destroy your enemy. They didn’t have to plant fox and newsmax and the heritage foundation and hillsdale college and the kkk and the club for growth. Putin figured he could kick Ukraines ass in a couple of months while trumps team was working on underpinning our democracy. What ever the hell happened to having a life?

If not actually. He was certainly an asset for all the negativity our country came up with during his tenure. And to carry your thought one more step, maybe Putin ordered trump to give Limbaugh a medal. Kind of as a cover. So much concentrated evil and hate and lies.

fabricated BS. Like Limbaugh's "femi-Nazis" and all the other slurs he used for four decades. It is now entrenched in tens of millions of minds because it went un-checked. We still have no one to counter it with the exception of honest journalists like Rachel and Amy Goodman, but it is not going to sway the brainwashed.

And for some reason, tons of Americans find this conservative "argument" to be logical.

Per current conservative protocol, Reagan himself would practically be a commie.

THIS!!!

We could start with a big ballyhoo’d event giving that-guy-whose-name-rhymes-with-Vanity a “big new job” that will “sadly” require all his attention because of its profound importance to national security, so he will no longer be able to maintain the responsibilities of a high-profile show.

Some grandiose-sounding position with a fancy office - that basically has him overseeing bathroom-cleaning and disinfecting at government buildings.

Or some such thing.

Hey, I can dream, can’t I?

I don't know how many rubles the Koch Bros got from Russia but they have funded a huge portion of the intentional disruption of democracy.

Mercers, Thiel, Murdoch, Musk. All with plenty of resources to undermine regulations and politicians.

Given that the ruble and other overseas currencies are highly devalued, we need to look at money networks that are funding the insurrectionists using dollars as a basis, and probably crypto-currencies as a transfer mechanism.

Or how it has effected generations now of ordinary people. I do not know how the spell gets broken, either.

These fanatical right-wing traitors have been around for a long time, but they never ever had the power of the media to spread their propaganda like they do now.

Things like the Fairness Doctrine kept free speech equal and the rabid-right lost every single time. Now it's just one-sided brainwashing.

It needs to be broken.

36. Sad, but true. And examine US history:
Sun Jan 8, 2023, 05:45 AM
Jan 2023

Per Wikipedia: "When the Confederacy was defeated in 1865, CSA President Jefferson Davis was captured, accused of treason, and imprisoned at Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA. He was never tried and was released after two years."
He outlived Pres Lincoln by 14 years.

Furthermore:

Only two Confederates were executed during the US Civil War.

https://www.wearethemighty.com/mighty-history/only-two-confederates-were-executed-for-war-crimes-during-the-civil-war/

In essence, the US kept sweeping the dirt under the carpet, instead of getting rid of the dirt. For the most part, racism and white privilege is taught at home and reinforced by insipid Boards of Education.

The shame belongs entirely to the small minority of American voters who elect haters of America to positions of power.

To blame America for their decisions is to absolve them of all responsibility for their choices they exercised freely.
