Right now I believe a Grand Jury would indict anyone named as an insurrectionist.

Apart from the fact that an indictment is just a probable cause finding and doesn't disqualify anybody, the idea that DoJ should swoop in and arrest House members to stop a process that's being conducted lawfully, even if stupidly, is pretty appalling.
