I was afraid of the direction our country was going
It seemed like with all of the talking heads and the news that we were heading in to conservative crazy-town, but especially after seeing NH go blue, not only for the President but for governor and congress.
The way the marriage equality votes went was also extremely encouraging. I am much more optimistic about my country than I was 24 hours ago.
I also want to tell all of you on DU how much fun it has been to share this season with you with its hysterical ups and downs!!! I am going to enjoy keeping on, keeping on.
