Those Trump Taxes That Are Headed To Congress

I believe they are to remain confidential, and Magats are about to take control of the House, my question to Congressional scholars, Can the committee submit Trump's taxes into the Congressional record?

However, it was done with the Pentagon papers, and the speech and debate clause protected the Congressman who did it.

If the house committees that see the returns suspect something criminal or fraudulent, could they make a criminal referral to IRS/DOJ?
