6. Reminds me of AOL
A friend of mine used to work at AOL. She was one of two people that had control of creation and deletion of staff accounts. She and the other person were laid off in their massive layoff back in 2011 or so. So, they had all of these people laid off - and nobody to delete their staff accounts! Ooops!
