I am still using the NYT website and it has had it with the Republican leading by 2% for awhile now, but Kornacki earlier said that there are some random outstanding votes that would heavily lean Democratic and be enough to push Spanberger over the top.

3. According to NYT her chances are quite good

She's currently down by 2 but almost all of the outstanding votes are in Prince William. NYT has her likely to win.
