If the Repugs take back Congress ... there'll be no stopping them.

They'll figure if overturning Roe doesn't motivate enough Dems to vote, why they'll put up with whatever we decide to do.

Next on the chopping block ... birth control and LBGTQ protections and after that, SS, Medicare and Medicaid.

Oh, and elections.

Actually the Senate’s filibuster will prevent even that.

If anything the inevitably out of control antics of a new Republican House majority would be a boon for Biden’s reelection.

That will take a higher percentage of reps and senator votes...and with a 50/50 Senate, or near 50/50, it won't be easy to override a presidential veto.
