What time do you think it will be when we KNOW, for sure, that Obama won?

All it is going to take is ONE of those bigger swing states to sink Romney. As soon as they call so much as one of those for Obama, it's over, right?

There are 83 uncontested EV's that will go to Obama from NM, the West Coast and Hawaii. So the magic number is 270 -83=187. When Obama gets to 187 not counting those states with the 83 EV's he has won.
