but after Katrina most of the reconstruction was done by Latinos, and we were glad to have them. This is an example of what an idiot governor can do to shoot his state in the foot. I wouldn't be surprised if the Latinos refused to go to Florida. We need the skills and hands of immigrants, but don't want to give them citizenship. It's fucking ridiculous.
